The cure for the Common Cold & most Flu's

Herbalists: The cure for the common cold.

Actually it is very simple to do. Most people with good immune systems, proper diet, and exercise normally have no problems with cold's or flu's even without the shots. Why, because of your white blood cells. That is the main force for your immune system.

The main herb for curing the common cold is echinacea. There are 9 types in America or so (always hybrids). Of that, 2 to 3 are currently being utilized appropriately. Problems arise in treatment because you have to use the tuber commonly referred to as a root. The herb isn't effective unless you just out right eat a pound or two of it. Both echinacea angustifolia and echinacea purpurea are the two most used and carried by herbal companies.

Storage of tubers varies greatly. Most larger tubers can be kept dry for long periods of time and are even handed down from family to family, or practice to practice. The smaller tubers like Echinacea or goldenseal will stay for a few years actually, without notable loss of its functions. But you can store it a permanent way that will stand the test of time. Just add the root to honey in a mason jar. The honey will seal the root, and it will stay forever, basically. Egypt and Greece both have found herbs and other things still usable in hardened honey. Using processed clover honey will have less of a chance to harm an infant. If in case of emergency and the need arises, you have to do what you can in survival situations.

To cure your cold or flu, you need approx. 1 tsp of Echinacea root. Place in tea ball and boil in 4 cups of water. When the water has boiled down to 3 cups, the decoction is ready. Drink however you like. Within 12-24 hours your body will start producing white blood cells like crazy. So if your white blood cells are your problem, steer clear. Side effects include dry mouth, slight dehydration, and a feeling of being cold (due to change in the make up of your blood, most likely), and you will start feeling better. This can possibly take out other infections both viral and bacterial. If your immune system can, it will handle it with the help of Echinacea root. (abscess tooth is possible if caught in time, but it will still be painful due to swelling when the white blood cells attack the infection).
