Words from the Hai Druid
Judgment
December 16, 2016
Life teaches us many lessons, and there are oh so many sayings to express those lessons we all must face. One of the sayings is, "If you love something, set it free." Now I am sure there are at least a few people out there that want to finish that with, "If it don't come back, hunt them down and kill it." But why would you do that? Especially if you do love them. Unless, of course, you are some ancient evil witch that enjoys the taste of the vanquished. But that is not the saying that speaks the true wisdom. The complete saying is, "If you love something, set it free; if it comes back, it is yours. If it doesn't, it never was." Many things pass through our lives, all teaching us the lessons that we have to learn to progress our souls. Some of these lessons are hard while others are harder, still. The only people that believe life is easy are normally blissfully ignorant, or blindly arrogant. We must all remember that some people have a rough time learning lessons. Be it the lesson of dealing with something they know they did wrong, or the lesson of loss of something they loved deeply. It is easy to judge a person for the actions that they have done based upon the way they handle the lessons that they have to learn. But in true wisdom we do not judge them, for that is for the higher powers to do. We must give them compassion and loving understanding. For if we judge harshly, then in turn, we ourselves will be judged harshly, for that is karma. But then there are those that have no problem taking that karma, for those that do wrong are judged by their actions, just as those that do right are judged by theirs. Why worry about being judged if you are pure of heart and soul? For the results of you being judged is that you are pure in heart and soul, if that is truly how you are...
So says the Hai Druid.
